Laser cutters (like LightBurn software) work best with Vector files (SVG/DXF). If you have a JPEG logo or a PNG sketch, zooming in makes it pixelated. This tool uses mathematical algorithms to trace the pixels and create smooth, scalable lines (vectors).
How to get the best results?
- High Contrast: Black and white images trace the best.
- Reduce Noise: Use the "Noise Reduction" slider to ignore small dust specks in the image.
- Color Count: For laser cutting, set "Detail" to 2 (Black/White) to get a simple outline. For engraving logos, 4-8 colors might capture more depth.
